These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical goods from our website. Our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy provide further information.
Products marked “Coming soon” are not available to order.
- Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately, including their dimensions, materials, colours, contents and any relevant limitations.
Images illustrate the product. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not affect your right to receive goods matching their description.
Please check measurements and product requirements before ordering. Any stated measurement tolerance will be explained on the product page.
- Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in British pounds. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be included in the total shown before you submit your order.
Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Optional extras require your agreement.
We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement.
- Placing an order
You can review your basket and correct errors before submitting your order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we cannot accept an order because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or a material listing error has occurred, we will explain this and promptly refund any payment taken.
If we discover an error before acceptance, we will offer you the correct information so you can decide whether to proceed. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
These terms and checkout information are provided in English. We will provide your order and contract information in a form you can save.
- Delivery and fulfilment
Available delivery areas, charges and estimates are shown before payment. Please read our Shipping policy.
Some goods are dispatched directly by our supplier. Your purchase remains with Happy Sellers 247, and we remain responsible for meeting our obligations to you.
Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, receive them, subject to any exception provided by law.
If a delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
- Cancellations, returns and refunds
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you generally have until 14 days after the day of delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return where disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods where required by law.
Our Return and refund policy explains the process, refund timing and your rights in more detail. Please contact us for return instructions before posting goods.
Supplier warranties or restrictions do not replace or reduce your rights against Happy Sellers 247.
- Product use and safety
Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product. Do not use a damaged product where doing so could be unsafe.
Contact us if instructions are missing or you have a product safety concern.
Nothing in this section reduces our responsibility for defective products, inaccurate descriptions or inadequate instructions.
- Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, accurate descriptions, delivery, cancellation and remedies remain unaffected.
- Website use and privacy
Do not use our website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders or attempts to interfere with its operation.
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used, including information required to process and deliver orders.
Shopify provides the platform hosting our store. Happy Sellers 247 is responsible for the goods we sell and our obligations to customers.

We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or seeking independent advice.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
